How the monitoring system works

Two ways to follow mining rights

If your plan includes the monitoring service, you receive automated email alerts to follow specific proceedings or monitor entire areas. The system works in two complementary ways:

  • Following favorite concessions: alerts about Official Mining Bulletin publications related to the concession, new overlaps or adjoining concessions, developments in its court case reflected in the daily rulings list (estado diario), and approaching relevant legal deadlines.
  • Monitoring areas of interest: draw a polygon and activate monitoring to receive alerts when new publications or third-party applications affect, overlap or intersect the monitored area.

Alerts are sent on the same day the system detects the event, so you do not have to check each public source manually.

Favorite concessions

Save a concession you need to follow closely as a favorite and enable monitoring. Tracking brings together alerts associated with that concession:

  • New overlaps and adjoining concessions.
  • Publications in the Official Mining Bulletin, such as survey requests, auctions and judgment extracts.
  • Developments in the associated court case reflected in the daily rulings list.
  • Reminders of relevant legal deadlines: one month, one week and one day before they fall due.

Areas of interest

Draw a polygon on the map, save it with a name and enable monitoring to follow an entire area. You will receive alerts about publications related to concessions within the area or intersecting it, even partially.

There is no need to artificially enlarge the polygon to include a concession that already intersects it. Use favorites to follow individual concessions and areas of interest to monitor a wider area.

When alerts arrive

Alerts are sent on the same day the system detects the event. The availability of each item depends on its publication by the corresponding source and its incorporation into the platform.

From the map, you can view the concessions and areas you want to follow. Check the subscription plans for access to the monitoring service.
